A: Please file a support ticket here as soon as possible so we can help change this for you. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the address for your order once the items have been shipped and are in transit. 

A: Orders usually take 1-3 business days to be processed, before shipping. Once your item(s) have been shipped, items are estimated 5-10 business days to be delivered. Although items may take longer for your order to arrive, it is the priority of 45Forty9 to get your item(s) to you as soon as possible. Once items are ordered and processed, you should receive an email with your order’s shipment tracking information. Business days are Monday- Friday, so please keep in mind that our carriers do not provide weekend pickup for orders. If orders require multiple shipments, be on the lookout for an additional email just in case!
A: 45Forty9 currently sells and ships only within the United States. 

A: Seeking a refund? We’re here to assist you! 45Forty9 offers a 14- day return policy to the original payment method. Unfortunately, there are no exchanges being processed at this time, so please refer to the provided size chart to ensure proper measurement, before placing your order.
Please note: The determination of an item’s eligibility for a refund will be at the discretion of the 45Forty9 team. When a return shipping label is provided, there will be a $6 return shipping fee applied. You may return merchandise through other shipping methods at your own cost. We do not accept drop offs at our warehouse location for any reason.
Your return must meet the following criteria in order to qualify for a refund:
    1. Returned items must be returned in original packaging.
   2. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
   3. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items showing obvious signs of wear such as cuts, tooth marks, or chewing. All pets should be supervised while wearing 45Forty9 products.
   4. We do not provide returns on any final sale items.

For any items that arrived damaged and has not been worn, please contact us at Support@45Forty9.com
To expedite refund/ return processing:
    1. Please include the first and last name, email, order number, and phone number that was used for purchase.
   2. Once the refund has been approved, you will be provided with an RMA# from the 45Forty9 team. The RMA# will need to be written on the outside of the package being returned, to expedite receiving the item into our warehouse inventory.
  3. Please include any packaging slip that was included with your original shipment, into the return shipping packaging.
  4. Shipping labels should be applied clearly to the return package.

A: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your returned item to be received and inspected once it has been delivered to our warehouse. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request based on the condition of the product. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
